My Story.
 My Mission.

My fitness journey didn’t start with a big transformation goal or a dream of becoming a coach. It started almost by accident.

I’ve been training consistently for over 15 years, but when I first walked into a gym 11 years ago, it was simply to kill time. My first employer offered a free gym membership, and I figured — why not? At the time, I was a skinny guy, deep into my career as a software engineer, spending long hours behind a screen.

What I didn’t expect was how much the gym would change my life.

As my career in software engineering grew more demanding, training became my outlet. Lifting weights, moving my body and pushing myself physically helped me stay sane, focused and grounded in an otherwise high-pressure, mentally intense profession. The gym became more than a place to train — it became therapy, discipline, and balance.

Over time, something shifted.

I discovered not just a passion for fitness, but a deep passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies. Training taught me patience, consistency, and self-belief — lessons that carried over into every area of my life.

Today, I coach from real experience. I understand what it’s like to:

  • Balance fitness with a demanding career

  • Start without confidence or a “genetic advantage”

  • Train for long-term health, not quick fixes

  • Use fitness as a tool for mental clarity and resilience

Strength Training

Designed to increase muscle strength, power and endurance by working against resistance.  We will be using weights, resistance bands and body weight to improve your physical health, bone density and metabolic rate

Mobility

Program designed to improve mobility and flexibility include a mix of dynamic movements and static stretches targeting key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine

Weight Loss

Effective weight loss workouts combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training and consistent cardio to maximise calorie burn and build muscle.
