Evidence-based guidance, education, and accountability to help improve yours dietary habits and achieve specific health or performance goals. Unlike prescriptive clinical services, I focus heavily on behavior change psychology, helping clients build sustainable, long-term habits

Recovery

Effective workout recovery protocol with a a combination of adequate sleep (7–9 hours), proper nutrition (protein and carbs within 60 minutes) and hydration to repair muscles. My key techniques include active rest (light movement), foam rolling, stretching, and scheduling 1–2 rest days per week to prevent injury and promote growth.
